What are the conditions for returning the item?

• The product seal must be intact.
• Item must be returned in original condition. 
• Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards (if any), manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
• Please return all free or promotional items that came with the purchase else the return will become invalid.

How long after delivery I can submit my claim and how much time it will deliver?

• Please get in touch with our customer services by giving a call on +92 301 461 99 39 or by sending an email at customerservices@sbc.com.pk  within 2 days.  
• After acceptance of return of product, client has to dispatch the product at our official address mentioned in contact us segment.

How will I be refunded in case of return?

• Your refund amount will be a summit in your bank account within 7 working days.

What are the items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

• General reading books, novels, past papers, solution manuals are not offered for return & exchange.
• Any electronic item such as video games, calculators etc cannot be exchanged or returned.
• All promotional and discounted items cannot be returned.
• Customized products cannot be returned.
